The titles listed below are ACLS Fellows’ Publications available as part of the HEB collection.

This series is comprised of books authored by recipients of fellowships from the American Council of Learned Societies (ACLS), which was founded in 1919 to represent American scholarship in the humanities on the world stage. Today, ACLS is the leading private institution supporting scholars in the humanities and related social sciences at the doctoral and postdoctoral levels, awarding over $15 million in fellowships annually. ACLS fellows are selected from thousands of applicants each year to pursue research that improves our understanding of the world, its cultures and histories.
