Clare is a graduate of the M.A. program in Museum Studies at the University of Leicester, UK. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Library and Information Studies as well as a B.A. in Archaeology and History from University Dublin, Ireland. Previously worked as Editor of Book Review Digest, a publication of the former H. W. Wilson Company. She is the Vice President of Green Shores NYC, a group that advocates for a cleaner, greener and more accessible East River waterfront in Queens.

Ed directs HEB on sales, marketing, pricing, and customer relations. Ed also is a Senior Business Consultant for IBM and an Associate Professor in the NYU School of Professional Studies.  He received his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a MBA from Pace University.

Lee is responsible for outreach to HEB’s existing and prospective subscribers throughout the United States. Lee has over twenty years experience as a business development executive in sales, merchandising, and marketing whose career includes management positions at the Dictograph Marketing Company and the Sweet P Corporation. She is currently working on her degree in market research and behavioral psychology and has conducted numerous research projects in these fields.

Editorial Assistant

Andrea Fetchik is the editorial and marketing assistant for ACLS Humanities E-Book. She is is a graduate of New England Law (Boston), with a concentration in immigration law. She studied editing, writing and media and international affairs for her undergraduate studies at Florida State University. Currently Fetchik is a graduate student at New York University, working on her MS in publishing and digital studies.

Chris Plattsmier is HEB’s Marketing and Production Consultant. Based in New Orleans, LA, Chris consults with HEB on social media, email, and content marketing, as well as collection development and editorial production. Chris graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a BA in English and a minor in Political Science, and later finished a MS in Publishing at New York University.
